At Hamilton Farms We Help Create a Better World
By Educating, Creating, Inspiring, and Networking
Hamilton Farms is located on 200 acres in Eastern Washington near the Canadian border. You can observe visiting wildlife: deer, coyotes, mountain sheep and an occasional bear, bobcat, hawk, eagle, or owl.
- NATURE CENTER: We have a nature center on site with animal displays and offer occasional educational programs.
- BARNYARD: Be sure to visit the barnyard on this site to observe a duck egg hatching, swallows in their nest and the actual birth of a calf.
- CREATIVITY: We enjoy making “chemo quilts” to keep cancer patients warm during their chemotherapy infusions. We have collected hats for orphans in Mexico. Do you have a special creative talent you want to donate to the world? See our list of suggestions.
- NETWORKING: We have free yoga DVDs available for breast cancer patients.
- EDUCATING: There is information about rural living and living as a single person.
- REFLECTIONS: Here is where thoughts on life and living are expressed.
- PRODUCTS: We sell our long lasting Oatmeal Soap made from natural ingredients and handmade one of kind items. We also sell farm fresh eggs from our humanely raised chickens to the local community. Another cottage industry is our grass alfalfa hay available to local horse and cattle owners.
